Importance of career Guidance
We are in information area. But still we lack information on various careers available-we know information of film personalities, political parties’ etc.But not what is required for our life.
Often selection of careers is done on traditional way and in crude method-SSLC, PUC, BA, MA, PhD, etc.
Careers are selected not by choice but by compulsion/pressure. This will lead to disaster at a later stage.
A wrong choice may end up in trouble, which may not be rectified at a later stage.
Selection of career should be on sound principle and at the right time and at right place.
Often career guidance is neglected even though it is important.
