About Women's Grievance and Atrocity Cell

The main objectives of Women grievance and atrocity cell is to maintain congenial working environment for women employees and girl students.

We have good infrastructure like Ladies room, Rest room, Drinking water(R O), Toilet facilities, Indoor games, Magazines, Furniture’s.

Activities of Women cell are Group discussions, Organizing seminars, Competitions, Counseling, problems of the girl students and women employees solved immediate after receiving suggestions and complaints through principal and management.

Best Practices

• To create awareness about the rights of women in society.
• To create awareness on environmental protection and its need.
• To maintain congenial working environmental for women employees and girl students.
• Honoring every year woman, who has extraordinarily served to the society by giving “Smt. Padma G Madegowda mahila seva prashasthi” with Rs 25,000/- cash.
• Organizing week end training programmes like Tailoring, Beautician(facial, hair style & Mehandi),T V and Mobile servicing.

Future Plan

1. To establish reference section in the ladies room.
2. To provide computer facilities in the ladies room.
